Elon Musk X.AI rival to ChatGPT

 According to The Financial Times, the billionaire Elon Musk is in the process of bringing teams of AI researchers and engineers together to build OpenAI’s ChatGPT rival. Though, he had recently signed a letter to pause the process of Artificial intelligence unless there is a proper research about its ethical use.

Many people criticized him, and believed he did all this out of jealousy. Now he is preparing to get dominance over other AI companies. 

According to sources, Nevada business records show on March 9th, Elon Musk registered a company called X.AI and he is the sole director of the company. Which means he has taken the initiative and very soon there will be a rival of ChatGPT.

Elon Musk was among the initiators of OpenAI, but back in 2015 he left the board over some disagreements. He tweeted in 2019“Tesla was competing for some of the same people as OpenAI & I didn’t agree with some of what the OpenAI team wanted to do.”

Moreover, recently he changed the name of Twitter to X corp in the company file. He wanted to make everything branded with “X”. Musk owns Twitter, Tesla, Neuralink company, The Boring Company, and SpaceX. According to reports, for the new project he has hired the best AI engineers from leading AI labs including DeepMind. 

This would be another big project by the top leading Billionaire, who owns multiple companies and continues to invest in new ideas.
