Rapid Formations Entrepreneur Scholarship Programme

The Rapid Formations Entrepreneur Scholarship program is open for now. Applicants for the 2022-23 scholarship must submit their applications before 31st August 2023.Up to 20 scholarships of £500 ($750) will be awarded on a competitive basis to candidates who can clearly demonstrate academic excellence and/or entrepreneurial potential. The funding may be used for any purpose related to the advancement of study.

Eligibility criteria

Our Scholarship is open to anyone who has secured a place on an undergraduate or postgraduate programme, either full-time or part-time, at a recognised higher learning institution in the UK or the US.

THIEL Fellowship - A different path for everyone 

THIEL Fellowship the Thiel Fellowship provides $100,000 to young people who want to build new things instead of pursuing traditional education. It doesn’t have any particular deadline. It was founded by entrepreneur and investor Peter Thiel in 2011. The program provides a two-year grant of $100,000 and support from the Thiel Foundation's network of founders, investors, and scientists to fellows who choose to skip or stop out of college. 


The aim of the program is to encourage and support young people who have innovative ideas and want to pursue them without the constraints of traditional educational paths. The Thiel Fellowship is an opportunity for young people to gain financial and mentorship support to pursue their entrepreneurial ventures and create new solutions to real-world problems.

The Anzisha Fellows-Young Entrepreneurs in Africa 

The Anzisha Fellows is for a $25,000 award for the youngest entrepreneurs in Africa.Applications for the 2024 intake will open in October 2023. Don’t miss out this opportunity and share with your young fellow africans. 

Eligibility Criteria

  •  You must be between 15 and 22 years old with an ID document or Passport to present as evidence. Anyone born before 1 August 2000 or after 1 August 2007, will not be considered.
  • You must be a national of an African country with a business based in Africa for African customers/beneficiaries.
  • The Anzisha Prize isn’t awarded for great ideas or business plans – you must have already started, and be able to prove it! Get started now and ensure you have tangible results to share before applications open.
  • Your business, invention or social project can be in any field or industry (science and technology, civil society, arts and culture, sports, etc.). Any kind of venture is welcome to apply.
  • Individuals who apply must be one of the founding members of a business (for example, 2 or 3 co-founders who started up the project together).

Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation

Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation provides grants to support entrepreneurs and life changing ideas. They say’’ The Kauffman Foundation is open to new ideas and innovative project submissions at any time throughout the year. We do not have proposal deadlines or established maximum and minimum dollar amounts. Grant amounts vary depending on the scope of the specific project and the size of the organization’’.

However, we do receive a lot of strong applications. Please know that, as much as we would like to, we simply can not respond to every submission personally.’’
