HongKong- A gaming company NetDragon Websoft appointed Artificial Intelligence Chatbot as its Chief Executive Office. The company also named it Tang Yu. The appointment led to a record-breaking growth in the stock market.
According to different sources, the new CEO of the Gaming Company was assigned typical duties of the company such as reviewing high-level analytics, making leadership decisions, fostering an efficient workplace. Moreover, Tang Yu would be the first CEO in the history to work 24*7. Also, the first CEO working without any kind of compensation.
The company founder Dejian Liu said,’’“We believe AI is the future of corporate management, and our appointment of Ms Tang Yu represents our commitment to truly embrace the use of AI to transform the way we operate our business and ultimately drive our future strategic growth,”
Dr Liu further added that the appointment was part of the firm’s strategy to transform into a “metaverse-based working community”. The Company claims to be the first to put AI into operations. Meanwhile, JACK MA, China’s biggest entrepreneur, had predicted that in the future ‘’“a robot will likely be on the cover of Time magazine as the best CEO”.
Things are happening quickly, and people are not ready for it. Also, OpenAI has launched GPT-4 which will change the workplace environment and critics believe it will lead to unemployment as well.
